Area Manager
Our client, one of the fastest growing Pawnshops in the country is in need of Area Managers. The position holder shall be responsible for sales, acquisition of new business and retention of quality business of an assigned area.
Responsibilities:
• Hit 100% of the sales production targets for all products
• Monitor and review per product and per branch sales performance and provide recommendation on how to improve performance
• Manage day-to-day activities and transactions of branches in the territory
• Develop and implement sales and marketing objectives, and sales plans
• Establish new customers and consistently deliver effective and efficient customer service
• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate area specific strategies to achieve Area targets
• Formulate, implement and recommend policies and procedures to attain territory objectives
• Oversee collection, recovery management, branch expansion, account management and fraud prevention
• Implement Management Information System
• Share accountability with Branch Team Leaders on branch performance
• Improve products' competitive edge by conducting market assessment
• Address all concerns and issues quickly and effectively
• Develop and submit Management Reports for performance monitoring and timely decision making
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Not more than 35 years old
• Must have 3 years working experience in the related field
• Experience as Regional or Area Heads or 5 years experience as Area Assistant Manager of a retail company is an advantage
• Experienced in handling at least 2 direct reports
• Experienced in handling at least 15 branches
• Previous Sales Management background in a Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Assertive, creative and with above average communication and problem solving skills
• Must possess excellent management and leadership skills
• Must have a proven ability to lead a group to achieve targets
• Must have a proven ability to deliver quality results
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Must be willing to do daily branch visits
Business Development Manager
Our client, a lending company that offers different loan products to government pensioners is in need of a Business Development Manager who shall be responsible for generating revenue for the company by finding and developing new business opportunities and achieving sales target.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales target per branch or per representative
• Increase volume of loan production
• Saturate all potential areas for product sales
• Provide complete, accurate and timely reporting of sales progress vs. targets
• Provide complete, accurate and timely recommendations for operational concerns
• Accomplish timely and effective monitoring of team and agent performance
• Provide timely and effective resolution to client concerns, have zero unresolved complaints, and zero irregularities in loan releases and documentations.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a Managerial position handling Sales & Marketing and Business Development
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Proven track record of making correct and successful investments/business recommendations
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao
