MA. VERONICA “Nikki” CRUZ-IBAÑEZ
Nikki brings with her over 20 years of experience in the field of Organization Development, Human Resources Development and Management. She honed her skills in Philippine Airlines where she worked for over 13 years. Starting her HR career track in personnel administration, labor relations and training, she gained competency in the full spectrum of HR services, progressively building her skill as an Organization Development Specialist. After her retirement, she actively engaged in HR and management consultancy for family-owned corporations, partnering with these flourishing businesses to install and institutionalize workable and effective organization, management and human resources structures, systems and policies. She also provides these organizations with development programs in the areas of Strategic Planning, Leadership and Management Development.
Nikki’s keen ability to spot high-quality professional talent and to provide sound career counseling, are distinct advantages that Techcareers puts to good use in screening for the best candidates.
Nikki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and finished her Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
CYNTHIA “Inch” HILARIO-VELORIA
Inch, with over 14 years experience at the helm of Information Technology companies involved in Distribution (Microwarehouse) and Systems Integration (Micro-D International), has first-hand knowledge on the importance of highly skilled manpower to make an IT business grow and succeed. The companies she managed have been successful in building the local market for leading technology brands such as Apple, Dell, 3Com, Linksys, Palm, in both the channel and corporate space.
Her experience in the IT industry spans over 20 years, starting her career in the MIS Department of a government agency, and moving on to manage Marketing and Presales for solutions provider, Uniphil Computer Corp. Her in-depth knowledge of the IT industry and General Management will enable Techcareers to effectively fulfill manpower requirements for IT professionals, from Technical Support for building IT systems, to Sales and Marketing experts responsible for brand building and revenue generation, as well as support/back-office managerial requirements.
Inch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing from the University of the Philippines and has completed some MBA units at the same University.
