What type of personal information does the Company collect and generate?
Personal Information such as name, contact details, nationality, marital status, age, birthdate, educational background, professional details, certifications, CVs and any supporting documents.
How does the Company collect, acquire, or generate personal information?
Techcareers Inc avails of the services of various third party recruitment channels, online job sites and publicly accessible sources, such as Jobstreet, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. where the candidates sign up. In addition, the Company may also post notices and collect data from the internet in general and from various social media sites such as Facebook for the purpose of acquiring candidate information.
With whom may the Company share personal information?
Techcareers Inc. shares personal information collected with its Clients as necessary to perform its business processes effectively, particularly to provide Recruitment Services and employment.
How does the Company protect personal information?
Techcareers Inc. strictly enforces its Privacy Policy. It has implemented technological, organizational and physical security measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. The Company has restricted access only for qualified and authorized personnel, and those who have a business need-to-know.
Where and how long does the Company keep personal data?
Techcareers Inc. stores personal information in both local and off-shore facilities, such as data centers (on premise and cloud) and physical document storage facilities. Subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations, the data subject may request personal information to be deleted from the Company’s systems, databases and hard copies within a reasonable requested date.
