HR Talent and Organization Manager

We are in need of a HR Talent & Organization Manager to work with clients to identify their most critical business goals, and thereafter align human capital management and organization change capability to transform clients’ businesses into high-performing organizations.  The role requires expertise in all dimensions of talent strategy, organizational design and development including change management


  • Delivering HR Business Transformation Projects   

    • Benchmarking clients’ T&O performance against leaders in industry
    • Analyzing gaps in the clients’ T&O  strategy, infrastructure, organization, and processes
    • Producing concrete and quantifiable business cases to make the case for the development of new T&O strategy, approach, architecture, and business processes
    • Designing, developing, and delivering solutions – new business processes, capabilities, and supporting technologies – to support the client’s execution of their vision
    • Design and manage overall project, communication, and change management or enablement plans
    • Testing, executing, and operationalizing the implementation of the transformed T&O function


  • Managing Client Relationship

    • Help the client’s C-suite articulate their vision for its T&O function through workshops
    • Present business cases, strategy and implementation roadmaps to key stakeholders
    • Engage in negotiations and deliberations with the client’s key executives in determining the best solution to support its vision for the T&O function
    • Develop client stakeholder relationships and communications at a working level at all stages of the project

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field

  • At least 3 years cross-industry consulting experience in business and strategic planning in the T&O space

  • At least 10 years experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development, particularly in developing and implementing talent and organization solutions

  • Experienced with change management planning and execution

  • Cognizant of current trends in human capital, talent management, and organizational design and development

  • Experience working in a diverse, global organization is preferred; deep industry expertise in the Energy & Utilities sectors is a plus
