Service Delivery Lead (Utilities Account)
We are looking for candidates who can lead or support the design of new offerings or services for the Utilities industry.
The SDL should have solid experience in handling a Utilities account, and should be able to utilize his deep industry expertise to deliver business value on a repeatable basis to clients.
Lead service delivery strategy and execution across all locations
Develop strategic business insights, drive decision-making to uncover opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs
Manage to Contract Operational and Financial Commitments.
Minimum 2-3 years experience managing a Utilities Sector account
For Manager level, at least 5 years in a managerial capacity and handling at least 80 FTEs
For Senior Manager level, at least 7 years managerial experience, and handling multiple service delivery projects
Proven skills in Operations Management and SLA Management
Advanced skills and expertise in the following areas: Client Relationship Development, Contract Management, Cost Management, Operational Excellence, Program and Project Management
