Recruitment Specialist

Our company is a Recruitment and Executive Search firm established in 2010. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter and a Sourcing Specialist to join our expanding team handling recruitment of IT professionals and/or senior positions for back-office roles such as Finance, HR, Operations, etc. 


  • Performing sourcing and recruitment activities in order to fulfill the manpower resource requirements of clients in a timely manner;

  • Sourcing candidates for job openings and ensuring that these candidates are suited to the qualifications and skills defined by the client;

  • Screening and interviewing candidates to determine suitability for the position and recommending candidates for endorsement to clients;

  • Closely monitoring status of candidate processing and keeping track of all changes and development in the status of candidates;
  • Managing accounts and maintaining close coordination throughout the recruitment cycle;
  • Maintaining a database of manpower resources for pooling purposes;
  • Preparing periodic reports on sourcing, screening, candidate hiring, and other metrics that may be established to monitor performance

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent. 

  • At least 2 years experience in Manpower Recruitment Search firm or Corporate setting;

  • Highly knowledgeable in sourcing of candidates online and through a well-established candidate network

  • Exposure in IT, BPO and Telecommunications companies is an advantage

  • Proven track record of end to end recruitment

  • Ability to recruit with sense of urgency

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Strong planning and organizing skills

  • Critical thinker; analytical

  • Quick comprehension

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
