IT Channel Manager

Our client is at the forefront of the fight against malicious Internet attacks, protecting organizations worldwide from threats to their websites and web services. They are in need of a Channel Manager to acquire, develop and grow the channel partners, and serve as the single point of contact for the enterprise partners to discuss projects, tactical & strategic programs, conflict management, increase quote activity, align internal support function, and other channel related & developmental concerns. The Channel Manager will work closely to the company's internal team to properly align the country objectives with company’s direction & internal processes.

Responsibilities:
• Identifies and recruits new partners to penetrate new/developmental markets and industries
• Responsible for the revenue of the assigned territory
• Responsible for the growth and development of assigned channel partners
• Responsible to achieve assigned channel partners business scorecard targets for all products and solutions
• Implements regular business review & planning with partner management team
• Develop and implement developmental programs (partner enablement, marketing, and incentives)
• Supports the channel partners on sales funnel closures with select/named customers through strong collaboration with the account team

Qualifications:
• At least 8 years solid experience in channel sales
• Experience in security, cloud, or IT network industries
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
• Basic Reports Preparation and Data gathering and analysis skills

Telco Business Consultant

Our client is a leading Technology Vendor with a strong presence in the Telecommunications, Mobile and Networking segments. They are in need of a highly skilled TELCO BUSINESS CONSULTANT to develop operator business cases to help customers understand how to rollout telecommunication services, technologies, applications, and understand the investment versus return.

Responsibilities:

• Develop models for operator investments in terms of Capex, Opex, Cost of Sales, revenue streams, etc., to yield NPV, IRR, and ROI conclusions
• Assist Telco Operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on the company's technology suite
• Lead a small team to conduct industry research on special topics in the telecommunications sector
• Develop business consulting tools and capabilities for telecommunication service
• Establish working relationships with key customers and internal marketing and product groups

Qualifications:
• Proven expertise and success marketing strategy formulation, business development, business modeling & analysis
• Highly knowledgeable on the telecommunications industry especially on telecommunication; operator or telecommunications consultancy background is desirable
• Strong experience in financial analysis using Excel and other tools is required
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of senior management
• Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across cultures and language barriers with various interest groups internally and externally to forge an effective team consisting of cross functional roles
• Good organizational, cross-departmental and project management skills
• Must have initiative and drive, a self-starter
• Good teamwork spirit
