HR Business Partner

Our client is a leading global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, helping clients become high-performance businesses and organizations. They are in need of seasoned HR Business Partners who shall be responsible in Managing HR service delivery and ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives. Act as primary connection between HR and local employees across all DTEs and serve as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations. Manages service delivery of People Advisors.

Responsibilities:
• Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes
• Define the operational framework for the GU delivery of People Service process support based upon the defined Business and HR Strategy
• Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of human resources, technology and maximization of workforce
• Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations, Internal Controls & Compliance, Learning, Transitions and Records & Document Management.
• Design and implement local employee engagement and recognition programs for the DTE in line with the entity strategy
• Execute key HR processes within Field HR, i.e. performance management, exit management, grievance management and career moves through internal role posting
• May provide end to end service delivery of all Mobility Services at a global level and accountable for coordination, delivery, employee satisfaction, prioritization and escalation for HR activities related to mobility services at a global level
Qualifications:
• 10 years HR exposure in BPO, KPO, Tech Industry.
• 5 years’ managerial exposure having at least 10 direct reports

Talent and Organization Consultant

Our client is an innovator and thought leader in the HR space, and enables consulting clients to dramatically improve the performance of their enterprise with integrated talent, HR and organization change services.

They are in need of a HR Talent & Organization Manager to work with clients to identify their most critical business goals, and thereafter align human capital management and organization change capability to transform clients’ businesses into high-performing organizations. The role requires expertise in all dimensions of talent strategy, organizational design and development including change management.

Key responsibilities will be 2-fold:
1. Delivering HR Business Transformation Projects
Benchmarking clients’ T&O performance against leaders in industry
Analyzing gaps in the clients’ T&O strategy, infrastructure, organization, and processes
Producing concrete and quantifiable business cases to make the case for the development of new T&O strategy, approach, architecture, and business processes
Designing, developing, and delivering solutions – new business processes, capabilities, and supporting technologies – to support the client’s execution of their vision
Design and manage overall project, communication, and change management or enablement plans
Testing, executing, and operationalizing the implementation of the transformed T&O function

2. Managing Client Relationship
Help the client’s C-suite articulate their vision for its T&O function through workshops
Present business cases, strategy and implementation roadmaps to key stakeholders
Engage in negotiations and deliberations with the client’s key executives in determining the best solution to support its vision for the T&O function
Develop client stakeholder relationships and communications at a working level at all stages of the project

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years cross-industry consulting experience in business and strategic planning in the T&O space
• At least 10 years’ experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development, particularly in developing and implementing talent and organization solutions
• Experienced with change management planning and execution
• Cognizant of current trends in human capital, talent management, and organizational design and development
• Experience working in a diverse, global organization is preferred; deep industry expertise in the Energy & Utilities sectors is a plus
