We are looking for candidates who can define and manage programs, create initiatives and plans for the deployment of Human Capital Strategy.
Minimum 10 years’ experience working in Human Resources, with at least 7 years experience in creating people programs &/or leadership development training programs
Project management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management & analytics skills
Experience as an HR consultant or in HR Leadership/Capability solutioning would be an advantage
